01 General Terms

03 Account Registration and Security

Creating a 769bingo account is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. You agree to keep this information current and update it promptly if anything changes.

One Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one 769bingo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited at 769bingo's discretion.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You should never share your login details with anyone, including family members. 769bingo will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately via live chat or email so we can take protective action.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

769bingo supports the following Philippine payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits

The minimum deposit at 769bingo is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to deposits above certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR and BSP anti-money laundering requirements. Deposits are credited to your 769bingo wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. 769bingo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 769bingo does not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting a government-issued Philippine ID and proof of the payment method you intend to use. This is a standard regulatory requirement and not a reflection of any suspicion regarding your account.

• Withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer than the standard processing time.

• Funds deposited as bonus credit must be wagered according to the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus credit, which is not directly withdrawable. Winnings generated from wagering bonus credit become real-money balance upon satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 769bingo reserves the right to void bonus credit and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in violation of the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.
• 769bingo may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus credit already claimed and in active wagering will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

769bingo is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of the wider player community, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any player-versus-player game, including but not limited to Pusoy and Tongits.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a software error are not valid and will be reversed. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to support rather than exploit it.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or access controls.
• Any attempt to launder funds through the platform, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players, dealers, or support staff in any communication channel on the platform.
• Sharing account credentials, selling access to accounts, or transferring account balances to other players outside of normal game outcomes.

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity are reviewed by our compliance team, and appropriate action — including suspension and referral to PAGCOR — will be taken where violations are confirmed.

07 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game offered on 769bingo — including Baccarat, Tongits, Color Game, Pusoy, Live Casino games, and NBA sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules available within the game interface and on the relevant game page of this website. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

08 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus credit in your account will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance, after deduction of any amounts related to the breach, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 business days, subject to any ongoing investigations or regulatory holds.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. If you close your account with a remaining real-money balance, it will be returned to your registered payment method.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 769bingo platform — including but not limited to the 769bingo name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 769bingo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 769bingo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 769bingo content without our prior written consent.

769bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated gaming winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

769bingo does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic periods and will endeavour to provide advance notice. Unplanned outages may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including network failures and force majeure events.

12 Responsible Gaming

769bingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the 769bingo platform, or any transaction with 769bingo shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team with a detailed written description of the issue. 769bingo will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and provide a full resolution or interim response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. As a PAGCOR licensee, 769bingo is bound by PAGCOR's decisions in player disputes that fall within their regulatory jurisdiction.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Manila shall be the agreed venue for any legal proceedings.
